ONGOING TRAINING FOR RECOGNIZED QUALITY
As part of our drive for constant improvement and innovation, we offer our employees a program of ongoing training to ensure that we are fully compliant with regulations and the specific requirements of our business.
The aim of these training courses is to ensure that our teams are fully conversant with the regulations governing our activities, master the basic rules to be observed in controlled atmosphere zones, and guarantee the correct application of the protocols required by our customers.
OUR TEAMS' QUALIFICATIONS
CACES
(CERTIFICATE OF APTITUDE FOR SAFE DRIVING)
Examination to validate the skills of our personnel required to operate machinery, as required by the French Labor Code.
ELECTRICAL APPROVALS
Our teams are trained at a minimum in electrical risks when installing microbiologically controlled rooms and containment laboratories.
SST
(WORKPLACE FIRST-AID ATTENDANT)
This initial training prepares our staff to intervene quickly and effectively in the event of a workplace accident, while awaiting the arrival of emergency services.
Our team leaders carry out regular checks on the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure that areas are kept clean. Our site supervisors ensure compliance with methods and processes for installations in line with standards.

At the end of this period, validated by the award of a CQP, graduates join a team leader, continuingtheir apprenticeship in the field.
Obtaining the CQP confers the classification of Qualified Worker, level II, coefficient 185 of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Building Industry.
